What we collect

When you visit Fataviam we may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and, if you accept cookies, anonymised analytics data via Google Analytics.

We do not collect your name, email address, or any account information unless you explicitly provide it (e.g. via a sign-up form that may be introduced in the future).

Cookies

We use two categories of cookies:

  • Essential cookies — required for the site to function (e.g. storing your consent preference). These are set regardless of your choice.
  • Non-essential cookies — analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google AdSense). These are only set after you click “Accept”.

You can change your preference at any time by clearing the aether-consent key from your browser's local storage, which will show the consent banner again on your next visit.

How we use data

Analytics data is used solely to understand which content is most useful and to improve the site. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Advertising is served by Google AdSense. If you accept cookies, Google may use your visit data to show you personalised ads across its network. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Data retention

Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months).

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at privacy@aether.app.
